What Shipping Methods Are Available?
Right now there are two ways we are fulfilling orders.
1) Same day Guaranteed delivery – General Toronto Area only for residents of the GTA we are offering same day delivery! We know you need what you need, when you need it. So we got you. If your order is placed before 6pm, you can expect it on your doorstep ASAP. Check our shipping page for restrictions.
2) Domestic shipping – Currently orders are being processed by FedEx. We are offering free shipping over $100, only applicable to Canadian addresses. Some exceptions may apply based on total cart weight. If there are issues with your shipping request, we will contact you immediately after checkout. Orders delivery times MAY affected due to COVID-19.
I Need A Return!!!
Broken piece? Not what you expected? Give us a shout at contact@glassngear.com and we will get back to you with return information. We can’t return everything all the time, but we will definitely do all that we can to keep you happy!
Do You Sell Weed?
NO! We sell high quality cannabis accessories and cannabis lifestyle items. Check out our shop to see what’s in store. We hope that one day we can sell weed… but we have other things planned before all that!
What Is The Status Of My Order?
Please refer to the shipping confirmation email you received from us to check the status of your order. The tracking link provided will have the most accurate status of your order. If you cannot find your shipping confirmation email, please contact us and include your name and order number and we will send you another email with your tracking number.
My Tracking Number Doesn’t Work!
Please allow up to 24 hours for the shipping carrier to activate your tracking number. If it is still not working and 24 hours has passed, then please contact us. Please note that tracking information may not update over a weekend / holiday.
How Do I Cancel My Order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only cancel orders that have not been shipped yet.
Returns and Refunds
If you would like to return your items from your order (that are not damaged or used), please contact us within 7 days from the date your item was delivered to you. Items must be unused and in the original packaging with all accessories. Once we have approved the return, we will send you a shipping label to print out and tape onto the shipping box. Please note that shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. This includes the cost of shipping the order to you, and then shipping the order back to us (ie. both ways).
